The definite question is this — how would BIM / Revit be a better tool for this authoring procedure? It’s innate, apparent advantage is in it’s ability to be parametric and allow for ease of scheduling. Hence, that is of utmost importance.

If I wanted to only author a design, without the requirement for scheduling, I’m probably then better off using Rhinoceros or SketchUp or even FormIt as a design authoring tool.

At that, what would this process be like if integrated with the recently released FormIt <> Revit workflow?
