Recently, I've been dedicating significant time to my Fabrication-Aware research project, developing multi-threaded Grasshopper tools (a Weingarten surface approximator) that optimizes computational geometry workflows for complex architectural forms.
The results seem promising, showing performance improvements and enabling the transformation of minutes-long calculations into seconds, while maintaining high fidelity between design intent and fabrication requirements
